Far Right Britain: A Multimedia Snapshot

Reporting from the British National Party 2009 European Elections Conference.

A small crowd of members, candidates and press gathered at a “secret” location in Essex. Press were made to wait outside the local Aldi supermarket, until further notice.

Being the budding reporters that we are, we cleverly followed the gaggle of old gentlemen with oh so subtle rosettes to their secret lair: Grays Town Library.

After detailed speeches on the technicalities of the BNP’s telephone and franking systems, we were treated to a rousing speech by Nick Griffin, the party’s leader.
